Steve Manners
Steve Manners has a wealth of digital strategy, research and measurement experience and has worked for more than twenty years to drive results for organizations including Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Volkswagen, Audi and GSK. He’s led analytics teams at MediaCom and Arnold as well as digital and eCommerce analytics directly for brands within The Estee Lauder Companies and Johnson & Johnson Vision. His focus on the strategic measurement process and digital attribution identified growth opportunities and established best practices. Steve’s experience in marketing and data science provides unique perspective needed to drive organizational change.
Sacha Wynne
Sacha Wynne launched WӔRK in 2015, inspired by the potential for artists to transform technology and business innovation. She is a published creative writer, a former editor, and worked for over a decade as a freelance copywriter for boutique and national brands. Sacha has collaborated with executive leadership at Fortune 500 corporations on Consumer Insights, Marketing Analytics, and Executive Management teams, and has led transformative marketing, audience engagement, and community development initiatives in the non-profit sector. WӔRK is an alumni member of the New Museum’s NEW INC, an incubator for projects at the intersection of art, design, and technology.
Bart Flaherty & Optimization Partners
Bart Flaherty has more than twenty years of experience helping companies outperform their peer groups on revenue, profit and share growth. He founded Optimization Partners in 2012 and is a two-time chairmans award winner at PepsiCo and has held senior executive positions including as the CEO of GroupM’s Business Sciences, a WPP company.
Optimization Partners has helped clients architect the strategic plan that enabled growth. They leverage advanced data mining, analytics and machine learning to help large companies improve business results in the areas of Marketing ROI, online sales, forecasting and trend identification.
